How to extract, reorder and rotate PDF pages
How do I save just the PDF pages I need?
Choose Organise pages, select a PDF and enter the pages in the order you want. For example, 3, 1-2, 5 creates a four-page file beginning with page 3. Omit pages to remove them from the new copy. Create the PDF and check the output before sharing.
Count from the actual first PDF page
The first PDF page is page 1 in the tool, even if the document prints a different page number on it. A cover or contents page can shift the numbering. Open the original preview and identify the physical pages you need before typing a range.
Write the sequence explicitly
Use commas between separate selections and a hyphen for a range. 1-3 selects the first three pages, 3, 1 puts page 3 before page 1, and 5-1 reverses a five-page range. Repeating a number duplicates that page in the output. Leaving the field blank keeps all pages. The tool rejects invalid or out-of-range selections.
Apply rotation deliberately
Choose 90, 180 or 270 degrees when the selected pages need turning. Rotation applies to the selected output pages. For a mixed document, process the affected pages separately and merge the pieces back in order. Check the result instead of assuming every original page had the same orientation.
Know what the new copy keeps
Page operations flatten form fields into visible content and may not preserve links or bookmarks. Removing a page from a new copy does not erase it from the original. Keep originals private and download your finished selection before closing the tab. Use a proper redaction tool if sensitive information appears on a page you must retain.
